Toddler Identification Methods

Lately I’ve been thinking about how I could leave identification on my toddlers when we go to busy public places. Would this be a dog tag or something that attaches to their clothing or they wear around their neck? There are different means by which I could attach information about who they are and who to call if found. Would someone even think to check their pockets or shoes to find a note? Or would they check for a necklace with dog tags?

The problem with toddlers is that they don’t speak well and they sure can’t tell you to call mom or dad on a cell phone. So if they get lost, that’s it, they’re gone. Scary huh?

This scary factor is what made me look into options for helping my kids get found in case they get lost. Here’s what I found.

Safety Tat is a temporary tattoo that you apply to your child’s skin that either has your phone number or your phone number and a QR code that can share contact information such as allergies or medications.
